We are all amateurs, everyday. Even the professional photographers admit that they are always learners of the great art - photography.
Here are some top ten sure shot photography tips for amateurs, which will become handy for you on your next shoot.
- Get in the same level with your object
While capturing objects (particularly animals), that are not in the same level as you, bend down or rise up to their level, and focus on their face. You’ll get some magic expressions doing so. Applicable while picturing children.
- Use a plain background
When photographing objects that are single, make sure the background is not misleading, rather keep it simple. Just have a look around and you’ll find some structures that would be plain and suitable for a background.
- Use flash even when outdoors
Many think that light is not necessary while shooting outdoors. This is not correct. Use flash so that the natural shadows don’t hinder the photo.
- Move in close
To create an impact with your photo, zoom in and get up close with the object. People always like to see the details on a photo rather than having a birds eye view of things.
- Try vertical pictures
Many of us use the default angle of the camera and go for only horizontal pictures. Try vertical pictures, they come with an impact many a times.

Hope you liked it.
